Ridgefield, New Jersey - 16,000 sq. ft. - While canvassing industrial properties in search of a building that would fit the expansion needs of a national client, we discovered a company with three years remaining on their lease. They had an immediate need to identify a replacement tenant for the remainder of the term. In a very short time, we were able to consummate the sublease transaction, with ownership approval, at a rental rate which was in excess of what the master tenant was paying. This process happened as a result of our diligent canvassing campaign on behalf of a national client and was completed before the property ever came on to the market.
