Her expertise encompasses office and industrial leasing acquisition and disposition. Judy has been with NAI James E. Hanson since 1995. During this time, she has represented national corporations, including Woolworth Co., Inc and First National Funding Corporation of America, Inc. Judy also represented First National Funding Corp. of America in the relocation of their United States headquarters.

She holds the industry designation, CCIM. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of 7,000 professionals across North America who hold the CCIM designation -- the "Ph.D. of commercial real estate." Only 6 percent of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry.

Judy also holds the CIPS designation. The Certified International Property Specialist designation is awarded by the National Association of Realtors upon completion of international real estate transactions as well as completion of coursework devoted to international business practices.
