Scope of Service Experience

In June of 2004, Paul joined NAI James E. Hanson with his trademark optimistic sales approach. Paul has been working quite successfully on retail and office properties and recently closed a 10,000 square foot office lease with the North Jersey Spine Group. Paul's primary focus is on bank sites, medical office space and development sites.

Background & Experience

Paul's career began the Garment Industry in various disciplines, starting in sales and working up to Senior Vice President of three major clothing manufacturers based in New York City. During the majority of his sales activity, Paul traveled extensively through out the United States, Canada and Europe. He worked with and directed the design and production teams both here and abroad.

Paul's entered the real estate business in the residential sector in 2002 and started as a commercial broker in 2004.
