Scope of Service Experience Ms. Sala specializes in tenant and buyer representation and investment analysis and sales. Background & Experience As a Certified commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Marta Sala is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate, and one of only 7,700 professional across North America who holds the CCIM designation. Recognized for its preeminence within the industry, the CCIM curriculum represents the core knowledge expected of a commercial investment practitioners, regardless of the diversity of specialization within the industry. Marta served as president of the Miami-Dade-Monroe District of the Florida Chapter for the year 2001.
Marta also holds the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and the Graduate Realtors Institute designations.
MS began her Real Estate career in NY - 1980 - as Leasing Direcrtor of Rivertower and was president/owner of Americas Commercial Real Estate, Inc. located in Coral Gables, Florida before she moved to New Jersey and joined NAI James E. Hanson.
