On the tenant / buyer side, he has represented such notable companies as Coining, Inc., SourceOne Worldwide, The Pepsi Bottling Group and InterCept Inc. In both 2001 and 2002, Tom has been recognized by Prologis Trust Corporation as one of their "Brokers Of The Year", receiving their "Significant Transaction" award in 2001.

Tom was promoted to Associate Vice President in 2007.
