Taylor has ten-plus years of experience in healthcare working as a clinician, manager, and owner of rehabilitation centers throughout the New Jersey area. Taylor received a B.S. from Rutgers University and a Master and Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from MCP Hahnemann University. Taylor oversees and assists teams within NAI James E. Hanson to fully address the demands of clients and customers within his expertise. Taylor has served as a successful consultant to numerous healthcare-related companies to improve their marketing and management strategy. As a certified instructor for New Jersey's Police Training Commission, Taylor trained hundreds of law enforcement recruits and drill instructors at the Passaic County Police Academy (2004-2007). Taylor's unrelenting drive to succeed helped him launch three successful start-up entities using highly effective industry-specific marketing plans. Taylor's business experience and knowledge provide a solid foundation on which an exceptional commercial real estate career is being established. Taylor first joined Coldwell Banker Commercial-NRT, with a focus on the representation of buyers and sellers in the North New Jersey area. As Taylor's business became more demanding, the necessity to align himself with a full-service CRE firm became evident. Taylor joined NAI James E. Hanson with the specific focus to contribute significantly to NAI's fast-growing healthcare real estate team. Taylor works to further entrench NAI within the Asian-American business community in the metropolitan area and beyond. To help increase NAI James E. Hanson's reach overseas, Taylor maintains open communication with NAI Global's network of affiliate offices in Asia. An emphasis on continued learning and research, active community involvement, and an inherently strong entrepreneurial spirit, Taylor looks to significantly contribute to NAI Hanson's highly regarded brokerage teams. Currently a silent partner in his out-patient sports medicine clinics in Northern New Jersey, Taylor also is a passive investor of multiple thriving start-up businesses. As a long-time resident of Paramus, NJ, he is married with 2 daughters. Taylor is an avid golfer, reader, and fitness enthusiast.
