Scope of Service Experience Lee has focused his 30 plus years on Industrial and Office Transactions. This includes the acquisition and disposition (sale and lease) of major properties representing both tenants and landlords. Lee has the ability to research and understand the needs of the client that translates into a clear understanding of the transaction from start to finish. His years of experience afford him the ability to foresee possible problems in the deal and solve them before they happen. Meadows Office Complex in Rutherford, the total lease up and sale of the 50,000 sq. ft. Glen Rock Plaza office building in Glen Rock, the leasing of 23,000 sq. ft. of office to SG Footwear's new world headquarters at University Plaza III in Hackensack, the sale of the 830,000 square foot former Otis Elevator Plant in Yonkers, New York to the Port Authority NY and NJ and the sale of the 182,000 square foot former Vernitron Facility in Carlstadt, New Jersey to the Kaplan Organization. The sale of the Rutherford Campus of Fairleigh Dickinson University, Rutherford New Jersey to Felician College which consisted of 350,000 square feet in 13 buildings. The leasing and partial sale of the former Marschall Warehouse Complex totaling 650,000 square feet to various tenants, including Fed Ex Ground and Sara Lee Corporation. Lee has arranged multiple leases with the United States Postal Service totaling more than 200,000 square feet.
