NAI Hanson Completes 1,500 Sf Long-Term Retail Lease Agreement With Zac’s Optical’s L.L.C. In Fairview, New Jersey

 

PARSIPPANY, N.J, JULY 23, 2009 - NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, is pleased to announce that it has recently completed a 1,500-square-foot long-term retail lease agreement at 1-11 Anderson Avenue in Fairview, New Jersey. NAI Hanson's John J. Schilp, Senior Vice President, represented both the tenant, Zac's Optical's L.L.C., and the landlord, 1-11 Anderson Ave., L.L.C., in this transaction.

Situated in Bergen County, in one of the busiest locations in Fairview, New Jersey, 1-11 Anderson Avenue is located within a 20,000-square-foot freestanding building, which includes a 1,500-square-foot retail space that has been recently renovated and features 85-feet of windows along the storefront. Benefiting from its highly visible corner location, With five major bus stops within a block of the building.
