HACKENSACK, N.J, DECEMBER 01, 2009 -NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, announced today that it has completed a 45,779-square-foot long-term renewal industrial lease transaction on behalf of Drew & Rogers, Inc., a custom design, printing, packaging and promotional services company, at 30 Plymouth Street in Fairfield, New Jersey. Drew and Rogers had originally leased 31,340 square feet and subsequently added 4,813 square feet and then 9,626 square feet as the business continued to grow. 30 Plymouth Street provides Drew and Rogers with 10,000 square feet of offices, 22 foot ceiling height, multi tailgate loading, adequate parking for its large staff and quick access to Route 46 and 80, two of the areas main thoroughfares. "The Fairfield industrial market consists of 9.8 million square feet of space, with a vacancy rate that, in keeping with general economic conditions, has increased from 3.8 percent at the end of the third quarter 2007 to 6.8 percent at the end of the third quarter 2009," commented Leitner.
