NAI Hanson Selected As Exclusive Sales/Leasing Agent For Four Properties In Union County, N.J.

PARSIPPANY, N.J, DECEMBER 17, 2009 - NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, has been selected as the exclusive sales and/or leasing agent for four unique offerings in New Jersey's Union County: a 25,000-square-foot industrial/office property at 1000 Valley Road in Long Hill; a 2,500-square-foot retail/office space at 619-645 Springfield Ave. in Berkeley Heights; and a 3,600-square-foot space at 86 Summit Ave. and a 1,237-square-foot space at 23 Maple St., both in Summit.   • 23 Maple Street, Summit - This 1,237-square-foot retail space within a 42,000-square-foot property at the corner of Springfield Avenue near Routes 527 and 657 in Summit's booming Downtown features access to major roadways and local amenities and is available for lease with immediate occupancy.
