NAI Hanson Named Exclusive Leasing Agent For Prime Retail Spaces In Morris County, N.J.

- John Schilp and Michael Jamgotchian market high-traffic retail opportunities-

 

HACKENSACK, N.J, APRIL 13, 2010 -NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, has been named as the exclusive leasing agent for four retail properties totaling 33,417 square feet.  Properties include a two year old 11,867 square foot strip center at 81 Route 10 East in Randolph , NJ, a 13,700-square-foot prime retail space at 1234 Route 46, E. in Ledgewood, N.J. a 2,000 and 750 -square-foot retail space at 50 Route 10, West in East Hanover, NJ. and a 5,100 square foot free standing retail building at 31 Route  10 West, also in East Hanover, NAI Hanson Senior Vice President John Schilp and Sales Associate Michael Jamgotchian will be responsible for marketing these properties.

1234 Route 46, E., a former Bassett Furniture store, lies at the corner of Mount Arlington Road near the four-way intersection of Route 46 and Route 10, in the populous Roxbury, Morris County. This 13,700-square-foot building has an open floor plan and sits on 1.07 acres of land. It is easily accessible to traffic flowing in both directions on both Route 46 and Interstate 80, and it sites with many major retail stores, including Walmart, The Home Depot, Kohl's , Barnes & Noble and others.

32 Route 10 West in East Hanover is a 5,100 square foot free standing retail building with great visibility and accessibility. It also features a full storage basement with conveyor. This location is one of Morris County's most important retail markets. Rent is quoted at only $18.50/SF considered to be below current rents in the area.
