Anthony J. Cassano promotion due to extraordinary performance in 2009 - HACKENSACK, N.J., JUNE 1, 2010 - NAI James E. With 25 years of real estate experience, Cassano has extensive knowledge of commercial office and retail lease negotiations from both landlord and tenant perspectives, with a strong concentration in the Northern New Jersey area. In 2009 he completed 20 deals, totaling approximately 250,000 sq. ft. with a value of $12 million and outperformed colleagues in the first and third quarters. He worked with a number of New Jersey's current and former financial institutions, including TD Bank, Bank of America, Valley National Bank, Boiling Springs Bank, Lakeland Bank and Columbia Bank. Cassano is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. His efforts were also acknowledged at NAI Hanson's 2009 annual awards dinner. Cassano won an award in the following categories: Best 1st Quarter Performance, Best 3rd Quarter Performance, NAI Award, and Outstanding Performances. He also received the 2009 Power Broker Award and is ranked among the top brokers in Northern New Jersey by the CoStar Group. Cassano earned a master's certificate in public management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an undergraduate degree at Xavier University.
