HACKENSACK, N.J., JAN. 2008 - NAI James E. Hanson announces the addition of Barry J. Cohorsky as Vice President to their Morris County team. Mr. Cohorsky will focus on corporate leasing and sales, and will be based in the company's recently opened Parsippany office. "Mr. Cohorsky joins NAI Hanson with a wealth of real estate experience in commercial and industrial leasing and sales," said William C. Hanson, SIOR, President of NAI James E. Hanson. "We are thrilled to add a veteran professional of Barry's stature and expertise to our team and recognize how important he will be to our Morris County team." Mr. Cohorsky joins NAI Hanson from Studley Inc., where as Managing Director/Brokerage he was part of the development of the firm's National Industrial Service Group that focused on large multi-market transactions with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that, he was a Commercial Real Estate Representative for CB Richard Ellis, of Piscataway, New Jersey. Over his 19-year career Mr. Cohorsky has represented many prestigious firms within New Jersey and around the country including UPS, R. J. Reynolds and the S.D. Warren Paper Mills. Mr. Cohorsky is a member of The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area, Inc (IOREBA).
