NAI James E. Hanson Inks Sale Of 30,250 Sf Industrial Office Building In Paterson, N.J.

 

HACKENSACK, N.J., FEB. 15, 2008 -NAI James E. Hanson closed the sale of a

30,250-square-foot industrial office building located at 610 East 32nd Street in Paterson, N.J. NAI Hanson's Associate Vice Presidents Jeffrey W. DeMagistris and Thomas A. Vetter represented the seller, LEM Realty, LLC.

            "This was an ideal location for a mid-sized company that required warehousing and shipping space," said Mr. DeMagistris.  "The new owner, Gladstein Partnership, plans to use the property for the distribution and delivery of auto parts to local repair shops.

            610 East 32nd Street is a one-story 30,250-square-foot building with 12'- 16' ceilings. The building features a 1,500-square-foot office space, ample on-site parking, two loading docks and two drive-in doors.  The property is visible on Market Street in Paterson and is convenient to Routes 80, 21, 46, 20 and the Garden State Parkway.
