NAI James E. Hanson Inks Two Leases At 85 Orient Way In Rutherford, N.J.

 

PARSIPPANY, N.J., (SEPT. 2008) - NAI James E. Hanson, a commercial real estate firm based in NJ, recently announced the completion of two leases, a medical and office space transactions at 85 Orient Way in Rutherford, New Jersey. The NAI Hanson leasing team, Senior Vice President W. Joshua Levering, SIOR, and Sales Associates, Robert J. Borny and Gregory D. Reid, represented the landlord, Dr. Wayne Altman, M.D., an orthopedic surgeon dba 85 Orient Way Realty, LLC in each transaction.

 

The leases are for the entire 2nd floor of the building. The first is with the International language institute known as Inno Express Corporation (dba, The Harvest Language Institute).   Harvest is a unique learning center offering classes on American culture and lifestyle with emphasis on the English language.

 

The second lease is with Integra Logistics Services.  Integra manages freight and logistics with the rail and highway transportation modes.   They service clients desiring reliable, freight forwarding by multiple ground carriers.

 

Dr. Altman stated, "We are thrilled with the completion of these two transactions.   We worked closely with the Hanson leasing team and are pleased to have leased the second floor.  Josh Levering stated, "The building is now 100 percent occupied.  We were appointed to this assignment is a somewhat tough market but were able to promote the building through stressing its benefits. Being located in the heart of downtown Rutherford 85 Orient Way has great parking, is a short walk to NJ Transit bus and trains, owner occupied, immediate access to Routes 3 and 17and is one of the more visible landmarks in downtown".

 

Greg Reid noted, "our leasing team's ability to provide  the owners with good  leasing results in such a short period of time demonstrates our highly thought-out and well executed marketing efforts. To have a building achieve 100% rental in today's market is something we are very proud of."
