NAI Hanson Hired As Exclusive Leasing Agent For 56,920 Sf Industrial/Office Flex Space In Passaic County, New Jersey

 

HACKENSACK, N.J, APRIL 10, 2009 -NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, has been selected as the exclusive listing agent for 56,920 square feet of industrial/office flex space within a single-story 85,390-square-foot facility located at 211 Mount Prospect Avenue in Clifton, New Jersey. Jeffrey W. DeMagistris and Thomas A. Vetter, both Associate Vice Presidents at NAI Hanson, are responsible for managing leasing efforts on behalf of the property owner, 211 Mt. Prospect Properties, LLC.
