First Industrial Realty Trust Appoints NAI James E. Hanson Exclusive Leasing Agent Of Office Portfolio In Pine Brook, New Jersey

 

Parsippany, N.J, MAY 12, 2009 -NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, announced  it has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent by First Industrial Realty Trust for the office space  portion of the Campus known as Montville Business Center, Pine Brook, New Jersey.  The Campus includes over 10 buildings with 740,413-plus-square-feet of office and flex space. NAI Hanson's W. Joshua Levering, SIOR, Senior Vice President, along with Robert Borny and Gregory D. Reid, will be spearheading the leasing efforts on behalf of the onsite landlord, First Industrial Realty Trust.
