- 20 Year Veteran Joins NAI James E. Hanson as Director of this Newly Created Group - HACKENSACK, N.J, JUNE 9, 2009 -NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, announced today that it has recently launched the NAI Hanson Multi-Family Group, which will specialize in the sale of apartment buildings. Enn Kunnapas has been hired as the Director of this newly created group and his focus will be on the development and expansion of multi-family sales in the State of New Jersey. Mr. Kunnapas will work out of the company's office in Hackensack. "Having been in the commercial real estate industry for over 20 years, Enn brings with him tremendous real estate investment sales experience and perspective in the multi-family sector, which makes him the ideal candidate to effectively head our newest branch, the Multi Family Group, which aims to broaden the depth and breadth of the services provided by NAI James E. Hanson, Kunnapas owned Alliance Realty, a commercial real estate investment firm in Moonachie, New Jersey. His most recent transaction included the sale of a 13 unit apartment building in Fairview, NJ. Prior to Alliance, Kunnapas worked for Marcus & Millichap in Elmwood Park, New Jersey, as a Senior Investment Associate and Director of the firm's National Multi Housing Group, where he participated in the sale of $300 million worth of commercial real estate and assisted in the development and expansion of multi-family sales in New Jersey. Kunnapas holds a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from Syracuse University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cornell University.
