NAI James E. Hanson’s Barry Cohorsky, SIOR, represented the landlord, Davanne Realty Co & 19-25 Columbia Street Corp in the NAI James E. Hanson exclusive transaction with Untied Brewing.
The 7,791-square-foot space at 140 Spring Street, a 66,000-square-foot industrial building, will encompass a full production brewery as well as a tasting room for those hoping to enjoy a beer on site. The space is well-situated less than a mile from the Murray Hill NJ Transit station as well as Interstate 78 and Route 22 and boasts ample parking which provides patrons with easy access to the building.
