19-05 Nevins Road is a 151,700-square-foot one-story industrial building located in the heart of Bergen County, only 10 miles from New York City. The building’s prime location provides manufacturing tenants with ideal access to the New York City metro area. The Fair Lawn location is RD Foods Americas’ third New Jersey warehouse and will be used to distribute a variety of international, fresh and high-quality food ranging from seafood to fruits and vegetables.
