The Sitex Group acquired 223 Veterans Boulevard in October of 2017 with the goal of creating a renovated industrial space in line with the demands of the small to medium-sized industrial user. Updates included renovations to the property’s 5,000 square feet of office space and adding modern warehouse lighting to the industrial space.
