Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces it has negotiated a lease for 17,900 square feet of industrial space at 300 Castle Road in Secaucus, N.J. to K&C Warehousing, LLC. NAI Hanson’s Russell Verducci and Eric Demmers represented the lessee, K&C Warehousing, LLC., in the lease transaction with the landlord, MRH Real Estate Services, LLC.
300 Castle Road is a 61,000-square-foot, two-story industrial building less than a mile from the New Jersey Turnpike in the heart of Secaucus’ (Secaucus’s?) industrial zone. K&C Warehousing will be leasing 17,900 square feet of space at the property to relocate their e-commerce distribution and warehousing business from Jersey City. The space which offers 24’ ceilings and two loading docks as well as close proximity to the Lincoln and Holland Tunnels and the Secaucus train station make it ideally suited for a rapidly growing warehousing and distribution company.
