Morris Plains, N.J. (May 14, 2019) – NAI James E. Hanson announces it has completed a lease for The Ukrainian National Association at 2200 State Route 10 in Morris Plains, N.J. NAI Hanson’s Joshua Levering, SIOR, Nick DePaolera, Andrew Kirshenbaum, Arthur Hixson, and Barry Mayer represented the landlord, Parsippany Building, LLC, in the transaction.

Constructed in 1985, 2200 State Route 10 is a 65,000-square-foot two-story premier office building on 4.09 acres. Located along Route 10, one the of region’s premier office and retail corridors, the building offers easy access to Interstate 287, Routes 202, 80, 24, 78 and Route 46 as well as the Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Turnpike and Newark Liberty International Airport. The building is currently in the midst of many upgrades including common area renovations and amenities geared towards creating a modern and welcoming option for companies hoping to call this building home.

The Ukrainian National Association (UNA) is a fraternal society offering a competitive range of high-quality insurance products that provide financial peace of mind. For 125 years, UNA has been based in Morris County. This lease will allow their team to continue to serve the needs of their customers in a modern, centrally-located facility.

“As a highly-flexible and adaptable building, 2200 Route 10 speaks to the trend and that showcases demand for these types of assets in our regional market. Although many office markets have struggled over the last several years, the Route 10 corridor continues to boast competitive rental rates and corporate tenant interest,” said Levering.

DePaolera added, “It was great to be able to provide a newly renovated modern space just in time for UNA’s 125th anniversary. This deal would not have been possible without a team effort between building ownership, the staff of UNA, and the brokers here at NAI James E. Hanson.”
