NAI James E. Hanson Continues to Expand Healthcare Team with Addition of New Associate Vice President

Teterboro, N.J. (April 30, 2019) –NAI James E. Hanson announces that Barton Schack has joined its Teterboro, N.J. office as an Associate Vice President. Schack will work closely on healthcare real estate consulting and leasing as well as office and industrial leasing and sales in the Bergen County submarket.

Prior to joining NAI James E. Hanson, Schack served as Chief Investment Officer of Regent Medical Properties in Glen Rock, N.J. As CIO, Schack managed Regent’s medical office building portfolio and charted the firm’s long-term strategic investment goals. With his help, Regent was able to create cutting-edge medical office buildings and help each of Regent’s tenants enhance their delivery of care and drive improved patient outcomes. Previously, Schack also served as Managing Director of Risk Aversion Group, a consulting firm catering to the commercial lending and surety communities, and Director of Asset Management at Strategic Resources Corporation, a publicly traded opportunity fund, where he managed a portfolio exceeding $1 billion in assets under management.
