 Facility Subsequently Leased to DVD/CD Distributor

Hackensack, NJ – NAI James E. Hanson has negotiated the purchase of the 5,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility at 107 Pink Street in Hackensack, NJ on behalf of Ocean Edge Enterprises.  NAI Hanson’s Sales Associate Anthony J. Cassano handled the transaction on behalf of the buyer.

The warehouse and distribution facility features 16’ ceilings, on-site parking and excellent access to all major highways.

Ocean Edge Enterprises purchased the property as an investment and subsequently leased the space to Bayview Enterprises, a distributor of DVDs and CDs to major retailers throughout the country.
