We are strong proponents of TEAMWORK and believe that a team is more effective than the sum of its associates. With most of our associates well versed in all facets of commercial real estate, we have created a truly collaborative environment where we often integrate the expertise of multiple service groups to complete highly complex assignments.
We are also advocates of educating our associates through workshops, seminars and trade events. Our associates hold many designations which include:
- 8 SIORs (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors- one of the highest in NJ)
- 4 CCIMs (Certified Commercial Investment Member)
- 2 MSREs (Master’s Degree in Real Estate from New York University)
