Associate Vice President Darren Lizzack on Economic Climate and Sales
“With the continuing discussion surrounding possible market turbulence in 2019, I have been relying on my years of experience navigating the previous recessions to provide my clients with long-term commercial real estate guidance. There are many steps, particularly selling their well-positioned spaces, that property owners can take are prudent in both the current economic climate and, looking forward, the early stages of a downturn. As prices are currently at what may be the height of the market, I predict that 2018 will see increased sales activity as owners look to position their portfolios for a possible downturn and make the most of a highly priced market.”
