NAI Hanson Arranges Lease for 14,320-Square-Foot Industrial Space in Hackensack, N.J.

Hackensack, N.J. (December 21, 2017) – NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces it has negotiated a lease to clothing distributor Copper Rivet for a 14,320-square-foot industrial space located at 86-110 Orchard Street in Hackensack, N.J. NAI Hanson’s Pablo Castro, Thomas Vetter, SIOR, and Jeff DeMagistris, SIOR, represented the landlord, Mayer Steg, of Orchard Oak Realty in the transaction.  The tenant was represented by Kevin O’Rourke & Jeff St. Thomas of McBride.

Located in Hackensack, New Jersey, 86-110 Orchard Street is situated just six miles from the New Jersey Turnpike and the George Washington Bridge, offering easy access to New York City. The 14,320-square-foot industrial building features 24’ ceilings, ample and overflow parking, and three loading docks, making this flexible industrial space an ideal new location for BT & DC Corp.

BT & DC Corp specializes in boys’ and men’s clothing and will utilize the space to distribute clothing to various retailers located across the United States. The company, previously headquartered in Carlstadt, New Jersey, will only move a short distance to its new location in Hackensack, which offers potential for expansion and will also allow the company to continue to support distribution needs locally as well as to select retailers nationwide.
