Teterboro, N.J. (July 9, 2020) – NAI James E. Hanson announces that Lorenzo Lambiase has received his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Farleigh Dickinson University in Florham Park, N.J. Through the completion of his MBA, Lambiase will be able to build on successes he has already had in the field and further leverage his expertise and knowledge on behalf of NAI James E. Hanson’s clients while continuing to develop a foundation for a strong career in commercial real estate.

Since joining NAI James E. Hanson last fall, Lambiase has become a key contributor on the industrial team of Kenneth Lundberg, SIOR, and Patrick Lennon, which operates out of the firm’s Teterboro office. He also helped close the lease of a 53,361-square-foot industrial building at 343 Murray Hill Parkway in East Rutherford, NJ.

“We have long understood that our younger brokers not only bring new perspectives and fresh ideas to our brokerage but will soon become key pieces in our evolution and growth in the years to come,” said William C. Hanson, SIOR, President of NAI James E. Hanson.  “For this reason, we actively encourage every broker to pursue continuing education and professional development opportunities to provide them with the experience and tools needed to fill these important leadership roles. We applaud Lorenzo on this accomplishment and look forward to his continued contributions to our firm.”

Before joining NAI James E. Hanson, Lambiase worked as an associate at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services of Elmwood Park, N.J. In addition to his MBA, Lambiase also earned his undergraduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Finance and Wealth Management.
