Background & Experience
Patrick joined NAI James E. Hanson in 2013 with a primary focus on working with industrial Landlords, Tenants and Institutional groups. Currently he works on a team that represents ownership groups like L&B Realty, Camber Real Estate Partners, AIG Global Real Estate, Terreno Realty Corporation, State Board Administration of Florida, and CenterPoint among others. His market knowledge and ability to drive a deal helps his client achieve and maintain high occupancy throughout their portfolios and maximize cash flows.
Patrick received his Graduate Degree in Real Estate from Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University in December 2017.
