Career Summary
Randy is an experienced commercial real estate broker and advisor specializing in healthcare leasing, and investment sales. Additional consulting services include financial modeling, negotiation, equity and debt restructuring, and capital markets. Before joining NAI James E. Hanson in 2014, Randy has previous experience working in business and real estate industries as an Operations Facility Manager for a manufacturing company and as a real estate advisor for a boutique real estate firm in northern New Jersey. Since 2007 he has been involved in hundreds of lease and sale transactions of commercial real estate and has completed market evaluations on healthcare, office, industrial, retail and investment properties. Randy is also the Co-President of CREA United (Commercial Real Estate Alliance – creaunited.com), which is a collaborative real estate organization comprised of eight groups (corporate, healthcare, retail, office, industrial, cannabis, NYC, and multi-family) and over 100 member firms with a backbone in commercial real estate. He and his business partner, Darren Lizzack, have completed many forms of commercial real estate projects from inception to completion, valued in the billions.
