Career Summary
Randy is an experienced commercial real estate broker and advisor specializing in office & healthcare leasing, and investment sales. Additional consulting services include financial modeling, negotiation, equity and debt restructuring, and capital markets. Before joining NAI James E. Hanson in 2014, Randy has previous experience working in business and real estate industries as an Operations Facility Manager for a manufacturing company and as a real estate advisor for a boutique real estate firm in northern New Jersey. Since 2003 he has been involved in over 200 lease and sale transactions of commercial real estate and has completed market evaluations on office, industrial, retail and investment properties. Randy is also the Co-President of CREA United (formerly NJ Commercial Real Estate Alliance) (, which is a collaborative real estate organization comprised of five divisions (Corporate, Healthcare, Retail, Office & Industrial) and over 50 member firms with a backbone in commercial real estate. Darren leads the Corporate, Healthcare, & Office Divisions under his leadership; together they have completed many forms of commercial real estate projects from inception to completion, valued in the billions.
