ASSOCIATES
WANTED

We are currently seeking associates to join the brokerage team at our office in Teterboro and Parsippany.

Ideal applicants:

  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Are highly self-motivated
  • Exhibit superior problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • A background in commercial real estate is preferred but not required

MARKETING COORDINATOR
WANTED

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of marketing and/or design experience
  • Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
  • MS Office 365 environment, familiar with Office Suite with proficiency in Excel.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines the first bullet under Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities since that was most important.

Strongly Encouraged Skills:

  • Real estate experience, commercial preferred
  • Must have strong design sense
  • Knowledge of eblast service (i.e Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Zoho Campaigns)
  • Knowledge of CRE software (CoStar, LandVision, Google Earth Pro) helpful

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding organizational skills with ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strategic thinker and multi-task oriented
  • A true team player with an open mind
  • Ability to apply creative processes to needs of independent contractors; be part of the team that accomplishes transactions
  • Effectively interface with sales associates, researchers and staff members
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong graphics/marketing industry knowledge a huge PLUS

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between associates and online listing websites
  • Collaborate with principals, associates, clients, and staff members to build corporate image, brand awareness, and image strength
  • Support business activities with professional marketing materials
  • Create/assist in the development, production, distribution, and maintenance of marketing and promotional materials and information (i.e. flyers, brochures, postcards, signage, maps, presentations, ads, invitations)
  • Manage external print jobs and companywide branded items to ensure consistency
  • Assist in executing marketing plans, including specific goals, objectives, and strategies
  • Assist in development of presentation strategy, structure, and style and in the production of visual information
  • Provide demographic mapping and reporting as required
  • Assist with flyer mailings, electronic broadcasts and newsletters
  • Assist on the creation of images for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and digital marketing for NAI’s website
