NAI James E. Hanson’s Russell J. Verducci, SIOR, Eric Demmers and Colin Goldstein represented the seller, Fairfield Products Corp., in the transaction.

Strategically located near the Garden State Parkway and Interstates 78 and 95, 400-450 Swenson Drive comprises 1.28 acres of prime IOS space and 17,040 square feet of industrial/flex space across three newly renovated buildings. The property boasts close proximity to Newark Liberty International Airport, Port Newark/Elizabeth, and New York City via the Holland Tunnel.
