Vice Presidents Darren Lizzack, MSRE, and Randy Horning, SIOR, MSRE, represented the landlord, KSPF Holdings, LLC, and Ryan Edwards of Menlo Group represented Dentistry for Children in the transaction.
Dentistry for Children provides expert pediatric dental and orthodontic care, combining specialized training and advanced technology to deliver safe, effective treatment. The new North Bergen office at 7500 Bergenline Avenue is situated within a two-story, 7,200-square-foot medical office building located at the corner of 75th Street and the town’s main thoroughfare. It will offer families convenient access in a well-established healthcare hub and joins existing locations in Cliffside Park, Howell, Jackson, Jersey City, Lakewood, Lodi, Neptune, and Toms River.
