Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces it has negotiated a 25,526-square-foot lease at 175 Anderson Avenue in Moonachie, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Jeff DeMagistris, SIOR, and Tom Vetter, SIOR, represented the landlord, 175 Anderson LLC, in the transaction with the tenant, Cactus Clothing Co. The lease deal follows the recent sale of the property, which was facilitated by the team of DeMagistris and Vetter in April.
