North Bergen, N.J. (December 1, 2020) – NAI James E. Hanson announces it has negotiated a lease for 110,000 square feet of industrial space at 7300 West Side Avenue in North Bergen, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Scott K. Perkins, SIOR, Tom Vetter, SIOR, Jeff DeMagistris, SIOR and Chris Todd represented the landlord, Link Logistics Real Estate (“Link Logistics”) in the transaction. Wenying “Linda” Tan of Oxford Property Group USA represented the tenant, High May, Inc.

After NAI James E. Hanson’s Scott Perkins, SIOR, Greg James and Chris Todd successfully negotiated the sale of 7300 West Side Avenue in October 2019, they were joined by their colleagues Tom Vetter, SIOR and Jeff DeMagistris, SIOR as the new exclusive leasing brokers for the property. Shortly thereafter, the NAI Hanson brokerage team secured prospective tenant High May, Inc., who will use the space for e-commerce warehousing and distribution.

Situated less than ten miles from Midtown Manhattan, 7300 West Side Avenue features easy access to both the George Washington Bridge and Holland Tunnel as well as Interstates 78, 80, and 95 and Routes 3, 4, and 46. Originally containing 130,000-square-feet of industrial and office space, Link Logistics plans to remove 20,000 square feet of the 30,000-square-foot mezzanine office space to create more 24’ ceilings throughout the building and keep its footprint at 100,000 square feet of dedicated industrial space. Further strengthening its industrial features, the property also boasts 19 tailgates and ample car parking, as well as a supreme location coupled with ideal flexibility.

“The Meadowlands remains one of the most in-demand industrial markets in the state,” said Perkins. “As the exclusive leasing brokers for the property, our team was able to leverage our full suite of commercial real estate services and market expertise as well as our prior experience working with Logistics at this property to secure a quality tenant on behalf of our client.”
