NAI Hanson’s Anthony Cassano and Pablo Castro negotiated the 7,500-square-foot lease deal and consulted on site selection on behalf of Regency Memory Care Club. Regency Memory Care Club offers a superior alternative to an assisted living facility for individuals in need of Alzheimer and Dementia care offering innovative adult day care for seniors. Philsa Corporation owns the building.
With a flagship location in Toms River, N.J. Cassano and Castro helped Regency Memory Care Club select a non-traditional site in a retail center for their expansion into northern New Jersey. The retail location provides the space and flexibility that Regency Memory Care Club requires for the specialized services it provides. Additionally the space offers excellent visibility and demographics well suited for the highly personalized care center.
“We spent several months with Regency Memory Care Club ensuring we understood their unique needs in order to provide them with the best site selection for their expansion into Bergen County,” said Cassano. “Specialized care centers that offer an alternative to assisted living facilities such as this one will continue to be in demand as the Baby Boomer generation ages and we anticipate seeing more demand for space from these types of organizations.”
91 Route 4 East is located near Route 17, The Garden State Parkway, I-80 East and the I-95 Express. Regency Memory Care Club will host a grand opening on November 1, 2015, from 11 AM – 1 PM at its new River Edge, N.J. facility.
