Chatham, N.J. – NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces a 4,830-square-foot medical office space lease at 330 Main Street in Chatham, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Andrew Kirshenbaum represented the landlord, 330 Main Street, Chatham, LLC, in the transaction with the tenant, Helping Hands Family, who was represented by Zach Schwartz of MSC Retail, Inc.

330 Main Street is a single-tenant, 4,830-square-foot medical office building with 14 on-site parking spaces located in the heart of downtown Chatham. The property is within walking distance to the Chatham train station, nearby shops and restaurants and has proximity to Route 24 as well as Interstates 78, 80, 287 and the Garden State Parkway. Through marketing the property’s strategic location and flexibility to a range of uses, NAI James E. Hanson attracted Helping Hands Family to the building.

Helpings Hands Family is an autism service provider with locations in five states across the Northeast. Helping Hands Family’s goal is to help parents and referral sources navigate the path to starting therapy and fostering continuous improvement over the course of treatment.

“Many of today’s medical office tenants continue to place an emphasis on single-tenant buildings with visibility in downtown areas,” said Kirshenbaum. “That demand coupled with 330 Main Street’s proximity to public transportation and major highways made it an excellent fit for a variety of tenants in the market. Our team is happy we could attract a well-respected tenant to this property while also bringing a valuable service to the Chatham community.”
