NAI James E. Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning comprised of Darren Lizzack, MSRE, and Randy Horning, MSRE, represented the tenant, Restore First Health, and Jeff Schotz of Newmark represented the landlord, Broadacres ERCT 1, LLC, in the transaction.
Restore First Health is a specialized medical practice offering patients advanced in-home treatment of chronic wounds. Through a collaborative approach, Restore First Health works closely with home healthcare providers, assisted living programs, hospital discharge planners and families to ensure each patient receives seamless and effective treatment.
In 2023, Team Lizzack-Horning represented Restore First Health in the relocation of their rapidly growing practice from Cranbury, N.J. to a larger space in East Windsor, N.J. As the company continues to expand its presence within the state, Restore First Health tapped Team Lizzack-Horning again to help secure the ideal space for their second New Jersey location.
