Relocating from Totowa, N.J., Rejuvenation Center for Body and Mind is a healthcare provider focused on supplying holistic care with services including preventative medicine, wellness exams, substance abuse treatments, dermatology services and chronic disease treatment. The center provides the medical care expected from a primary care doctor but with an emphasis placed on credibility and compassion.
With a need to vacate their former space and relocate their practice within weeks, the tenant sought the services of Team Lizzack-Horning due to their reputation as the premier healthcare real estate brokerage team in the northern New Jersey market. Serving as the exclusive brokerage firm for 1777 Hamburg Turnpike, the team was able to expedite a lease and provide additional services to assist the tenant in moving into the space and becoming operational within a tight timeline.
