NAI James E. Hanson’s Joseph Vindigni represented the sellers, Andrea Wisner and Susan Rubin, in the transaction with the buyer, Jose Cardoza, who was represented by Weichert Commercial Brokerage.

Located in the heart of downtown Flemington just steps from the ambitious 440,000-square-foot Courthouse Square redevelopment project, 44 Main Street is a three-story, 10,000-square-foot mixed-use property consisting of five retail/office units and one apartment.
