NAI James E. Hanson Negotiates Sale of 30,000-Square-Foot Industrial Building in Woodbridge, N.J.

Woodbridge, N.J. (September 23, 2020) – NAI James E. Hanson announces it has negotiated the sale of a 30,000-square-foot industrial building at 3 Convery Boulevard in Woodbridge, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Randy Horning, MSRE, and Darren Lizzack, MSRE, represented the buyer, Nest Scientific USA, Inc, in the transaction with ELKH Associates Limited Partnership.

Nest Scientific is a worldwide manufacturer of laboratory plastics for applications in hospitals, research communities and industrial/clinical laboratories. Previously based in Rahway, N.J., the company’s growth necessitated the search for a larger industrial space that was centrally located to the company’s employees as well as regional transportation networks to ensure the efficient storage and distribution of the firm’s products.

Located on heavily traveled Route 35, 3 Convery Boulevard boasts easy access to major transportation arteries including Route 9, Interstate 95, and the New Jersey Turnpike as well as numerous public transportation options. Located nearby is the Woodbridge Commuter Rail as well as the Perth Amboy NJ Transit station. The building is also located in close proximity to three major international airports including Newark Liberty, LaGuardia, and JFK and is also a short distance from Port Newark-Elizabeth.
