NAI James E Hanson’s Andrew Kirshenbaum represented the seller, Karser Enterprises, LLC, in the transaction with Dr. Jie Zhu and Dr. Yen Shi Kuo.

Owner of a veterinary practice in Short Hills, N.J., Dr. Yen Shi Kuo planned to relocate her practice to a larger, more adaptable space that was better suited to her needs.
