NAI James E. Hanson Negotiates Two Leases at Bridgewater, N.J. Shopping Center

Bridgewater, N.J. (June 15, 2022)NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces it has negotiated a lease for 1,144 square feet of retail space at 1329 Prince Rodgers Avenue and a lease for 1,000 square feet of retail space at 1355 Prince Rodgers Avenue with US Rare Coins and Gold in Bridgewater, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Randy Horning, MSRE, and Darren Lizzack, MSRE, represented the landlord, Cedar Hill Associates, LLC, in both transactions and the tenant, US Rare Coins and Gold, in its transaction. RE/MAX’s Sue Ip represented Gong Cha in its transaction.

The Bridgewater Shops is a 42,300-square-foot mixed-use property with a diverse blend of medical, office, restaurant and traditional retail space located at 1300 Prince Rodgers Avenue in Bridgewater, N.J. With ample parking and close proximity to Routes 22, 78, 202 and 287, the property provides its tenants great exposure to the over 40,000 residents of Bridgewater Township and 330,000 plus residents of Somerset County.

Cedar Hills Associates, LLC, tapped NAI James E. Hanson with the hope of capitalizing on the property’s strategic location and flexibility to attract additional high-quality tenants and further enhance the service offerings at the property. Founded in 2006 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, Gong Cha is a provider of quality teas and services with over 1,650 locations in over 20 countries who will utilize the space as its newest location.  US Rare Coins and Gold will be relocating from the Bridgewater Commons mall to The Bridgewater Shops to continue to operate its storefront for buying and selling gold, coins and precious metals.
