West Orange, N.J. – NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, has sold a 10,000-square-foot medical office building located at 1001 Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange, New Jersey, for $2.5M. Team Lizzack-Horning of NAI James E. Hanson, comprising Darren Lizzack, MSRE, and Randy Horning, SIOR, MSRE, represented the seller, Robert Scibetti, in the transaction with the buyer, Premiere Titan Properties, LLC.
1001 Pleasant Valley Way is a two-story medical office building located across from the Essex County Country Club in West Orange. The property boasts proximity to the Interstate 280 exchange, as well as NJ Transit bus and rail services, ensuring strong accessibility. Additionally, 1001 Pleasant Valley Way is situated within 10 miles of several hospitals including Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, Mountainside Medical Center, and Silver Lake Hospital.
“West Orange is a high-barrier-to-entry market, especially for buildings of this size in such a centralized location,” said Lizzack. “However, we were able to procure an ideal buyer and secure a strong return for our client in this transaction. We’d like to wish the buyer all the best with their new asset.”
