SIOR is recognized as the world’s leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association. Its network spans over 50 countries and includes the globe’s top commercial real estate producers. To achieve the SIOR designation, Horning demonstrated a track record of maintaining a high volume of closed deals while focusing on professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity while completing stringent educational requirements.
Horning is an experienced commercial real estate broker and advisor specializing in healthcare leasing and investment sales. He provides his clients with a wide range of consulting services including financial modeling, negotiation, equity and debt restructuring, and capital markets. Throughout his 18-year career, Horning has been involved in hundreds of lease and sale transactions and has completed market evaluations on healthcare, office, industrial, retail and investment properties. Working with his partner Darren Lizzack, MSRE since 2014, the team has completed a diverse range of commercial real estate projects from inception to completion, with a combined value in the billions.
Demonstrating his commitment to the commercial real estate industry, Horning is also the Co-President of Commercial Real Estate Alliance (CREA) United, an expansive network of real estate service providers.
