Held annually, the Enterprising Women in Commerce Awards recognize women from New Jersey’s business community who are leaving their mark in their chosen field while inspiring and encouraging others.
As Senior Vice President, Corporate Services, Kocur is a trusted advisor to major corporations as they navigate the competitive national commercial real estate market. Guided by decades in the industry and a relationship-focused approach, Kim’s transaction management, asset management, acquisition, disposition, and property evaluation services allow companies to operate with the clarity and guidance needed to make strategic real estate decisions in a fast-moving business environment. She was recognized by CIANJ for her success overseeing more than 1,500 transactions worth more than $1B across 300 markets throughout her career.
