Scope of Responsibilities

Ryan joined NAI James E. Hanson in 2025, specializing in the office and industrial marketplace throughout Morris County and greater Northern New Jersey. As a Denville native, Ryan will leverage his deep-rooted knowledge of the region to help owners, developers, investors and tenants understand and navigate the ever-evolving commercial real estate landscape with confidence and clarity.

Ryan’s background includes deep academic insight with local expertise, allowing him to craft customized real estate solutions aligned with each client’s unique goals. Ryan will be joining the team and learning under the direction of Jeffrey Garibaldi, CCIM and Joshua Levering, SIOR.

Ryan has great interest in traveling and is an avid reader and chess player. Ryan has a brother and sister, and his family continues to be involved in their community and are members of St. Mary’s church in Denville.
