Ryan joined NAI James E. Hanson in 2025, specializing in the industrial marketplace throughout Northern New Jersey. Ryan will leverage his deep-rooted knowledge of the region to help owners, developers, investors and tenants understand and navigate the ever-evolving commercial real estate landscape with confidence and clarity.

Ryan’s background includes deep academic insight with local expertise, allowing him to craft customized real estate solutions aligned with each client’s unique goals. He is partners with Scott Perkins, an established and well recognized broker in the industry.
